01. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE AND SALE
Scope of Application
These Terms apply to users who access, browse, register on, purchase products from, or otherwise use the NAPOULERN official website and related online services.
Orders and Payment
Customers are required to provide true, complete, and accurate information. An order will proceed to fulfillment after payment has been confirmed and/or the order has been confirmed in writing by NAPOULERN.
NAPOULERN may cancel an order and issue a refund where inventory is unavailable, payment is abnormal or unsuccessful, a pricing error is clearly apparent and reasonably identifiable, the order cannot be legally delivered, or the order does not pass applicable risk screening.
Pricing and Products
Product prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes or duties shall be based on the amounts displayed at checkout and/or in the order confirmation.
If there is an obvious pricing error that a reasonable customer could readily identify, NAPOULERN may cancel the relevant order and issue a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
NAPOULERN makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, dimensions, specifications, and descriptions are accurate. However, reasonable differences may occur due to screen display, production batches, firmware versions, or manufacturing processes.
Technical specifications shall be subject to the official product page for the specific model and the documentation supplied with the product.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in fraud, using payment information without authorization, placing orders maliciously or abusively, attacking or attempting to compromise the website, conducting reverse attacks, distributing malicious code, infringing intellectual property rights, or engaging in any other unlawful activities.
Liability
NAPOULERN does not guarantee that the website, servers, or online functions will remain permanently uninterrupted, error-free, or unaffected by third-party network conditions.
NAPOULERN will maintain and restore its services within a reasonable scope.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any consumer rights, product safety liability, or other mandatory liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
02. GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
Available destination countries, carriers, and estimated delivery times shall be subject to the information displayed at checkout or provided in the order confirmation.
Estimated delivery times do not constitute an absolute commitment to delivery.
The dispatch time, transit time, shipping method, and applicable shipping charges shall be subject to the information displayed at checkout or provided in the order confirmation. Where an order qualifies for free shipping, the applicable conditions, covered markets, and specific scope shall be subject to the information stated at checkout or on the relevant promotional page.
NAPOULERN may restrict shipping to certain regions for legal, logistics, sanctions, certification, or commercial reasons.
Dispatch and Shipping Delays
Orders may be delayed due to carrier arrangements, customs clearance, extreme weather, public health events, natural disasters, international transportation restrictions, or other logistics-related factors beyond NAPOULERN's reasonable control.
Such delays shall not automatically constitute a breach of NAPOULERN's obligations.
Where a significant or abnormal delay occurs, NAPOULERN will assist customers in checking the shipping status within a reasonable scope.
Customs Clearance and Taxes
Unless the order expressly adopts a shipping arrangement under which NAPOULERN is responsible for import-related charges, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and brokerage fees shall in principle be borne by the customer.
Address and Refusal of Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any actual additional costs arising from an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay applicable taxes or duties, or failure to cooperate with customs clearance shall be borne by the customer.
Where a return, refused delivery, incorrect address, or failed customs clearance is caused by the customer, NAPOULERN may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, deduct from any amount otherwise refundable the actual, reasonable, and non-recoverable costs incurred as a result.
Shipping Issues
If the package or product is damaged, the shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, or the shipment is suspected to be lost, customers should contact support@napoulern.com as soon as possible and provide the order number, tracking number, and relevant supporting evidence.
Warranty Shipping
03. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Shipping responsibilities for warranty-related repairs shall be governed by the Global Three-Year Limited Commercial Warranty.
Cancellation
Unpaid orders may be cancelled free of charge.
For orders that have been paid, cancellation requests shall be handled according to the actual fulfillment status of the order and applicable website policies, and shall be subject to any actual and non-recoverable third-party costs incurred.
Returns
The global commercial standard is to submit a return request within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. However, any mandatory local laws and regulations shall prevail.
Customers must first contact support@napoulern.com to obtain the applicable return address before returning any product.
Product Condition
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers may reasonably inspect the product.
Where use of the product exceeds what is necessary for such inspection and results in a reduction in the product's value, the corresponding reduction in value may be applied in accordance with applicable law.
Customized or personalized products shall be subject to statutory exceptions under applicable local law and are not eligible for the 14-day return and refund right.
For returns that are not related to product quality issues, including returns initiated for personal reasons, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping and related transportation costs. The applicable costs shall be based on the actual amount charged by the courier or carrier selected by the customer.
Any related taxes or charges that are legally required to be borne by the customer shall also be the customer's responsibility.
Where a product received by the customer is damaged, incorrectly shipped, or otherwise does not conform to the order due to reasons attributable to NAPOULERN, the customer shall not be responsible for return shipping costs arising from such circumstances.
Where the applicable conditions are met, NAPOULERN will provide free return and replacement services.
Refunds
After the returned product has been received and the inspection has been completed, the refund process will be initiated.
In principle, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days.
Quality-related issues shall be handled in accordance with the applicable website policies, RMA procedures, and warranty policy.

04. GLOBAL THREE-YEAR LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
Warranty Period
The warranty period is up to three (3) years from the original date of purchase. The original warranty card and product serial number are generally required to verify warranty eligibility.
First Year
Where the product is covered by the commercial warranty, NAPOULERN will fully cover the cost of repair labor, necessary parts, and applicable warranty shipping costs.
Second Year
The customer shall be responsible for the one-way shipping cost to the designated repair center.
NAPOULERN will provide repair labor free of charge and cover the cost of necessary parts, return shipping after repair, and applicable taxes and duties.
Third Year
The customer shall be responsible for the shipping cost to the designated repair center and the cost of necessary parts.
NAPOULERN will provide repair labor free of charge and cover the return shipping cost after repair.
After Three Years
The commercial warranty period expires after three years.
NAPOULERN may provide paid repair services depending on the condition of the product. The applicable service fees shall be determined based on inspection and quotation.
Exclusions
Damage resulting from drops, impacts, liquid ingress, moisture exposure, fire, lightning, abnormal voltage, use of an incorrect power supply, improper installation, improper operation, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification, damage caused by third-party accessories, damage to or tampering with the product serial number, normal cosmetic wear and tear, and other circumstances of a similar nature are not covered by the commercial warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law.

NAPOULERN is committed to providing customers worldwide with products and services that comply with applicable laws and industry standards.
By purchasing products through the NAPOULERN official website, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood the sales terms, shipping policy, returns and refunds policy, warranty policy, and other relevant policies published on this website, and agree that such policies shall apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
European Union and Regional Differences
NAPOULERN does not exclude or limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws applicable in the customer's jurisdiction.
If any commercial term on this website conflicts with a mandatory legal provision applicable in the customer's jurisdiction, the relevant legal provision shall apply only to the extent required by applicable law. Except to the extent required by such mandatory provision, the remaining terms of this website shall continue to apply.
Third-Party Services
Third-party platforms, networks, applications, music services, cloud services, and accounts are operated and maintained by the respective third parties.
Changes to third-party services do not automatically constitute a defect in NAPOULERN products.
